Article 1a: Age Restrictions
ou must be 18 years or older to use this site or purchase any products. We do not knowingly collect data or sell digital content to minors. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately remove their account and issue a refund, where applicable.
Article 2: Digital Products Only
We only sell digital products (such as digital planners, digital notebooks, stickers, and templates). No physical goods are shipped. After purchase, products are delivered electronically via download links or customer accounts.
Article 3: Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you confirm that: You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. After you place an order and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
Article 4: Prices and Taxes
All prices are clearly displayed on the product pages and are in euros (€) unless stated otherwise. As a digital goods business operating within the EU, we apply VAT in accordance with EU VAT rules for digital products, based on the buyer's location.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon purchase.
We accept secure online payments via major providers (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.). Your payment provider may run authorization checks. If authorization is declined, the purchase will not be completed.
Article 6: Delivery of Digital Products
All products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your files through a download link or via your account on the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., Etsy, Systeme.io).

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
According to EU law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your withdrawal right. By purchasing a digital product from us, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your withdrawal right.
Article 8: Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be given once files have been downloaded or accessed, unless the product is defective or not as described. We are committed to customer satisfaction—please contact us if you experience any issues.
Article 9: Intellectual Property
All products, content, images, and digital files sold on this site are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of ACCENT ADVISOR SRL.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased digital product. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce any product or content without our written permission.
Article 10: Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the website or by email (where applicable). Continued use of our services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
We do not guarantee that our digital content will be free of errors, viruses, or compatibility issues with all devices or apps.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and subject to the jurisdiction of the Romanian courts. However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you may benefit from protections granted by the laws of that country.
